Can I drink alcohol in the vehicles?

Yes, any passenger of legal drinking age can absolutely drink in the vehicles! Many of our vehicles, such as our land yachts or limousines, even have bar areas complete with coolers and glassware!

How much are rentals?

Rental amounts depend on the type and size of vehicle you're renting, the rental time, and the date. Check out our pricing information page for more details or give us a call for an exact quote! We promise there's never any hidden fees!

Can I smoke in the vehicles?

While we do not permit smoking of any kind on any of our vehicles, we do allow for unlimited mileage and stops, so you can make as many stops as you need to take a break!

Can I rent a limo just for fun?

Of course! While we do specialize in transportation for events like weddings, concerts, or proms and transportation shuttles to and from airports, we also will rent vehicles to clients who simply want to have a day of luxury!

Where do you service outside of Tacoma?

All over! Tacoma Limo Bus has a vast and ever expanding area of service. Head over to our service area page for a more complete listing. If you don't see your city there, just give us a call!

How late can I rent until?

No limit! We operate 24/7 so whether your event will be done by 10pm, 2am, or even 4am, we've got you covered!

Can children come in the bus or limo with us?

There is no age limit so they can. We are great for children's birthday parties or any other events that children partake in. If there are children or others who are under the age of 21, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicle.

Are there any hidden fees or charges I won't know about?

Nope! You'll know of everything you have to pay for and any fees that you might come across. We will never demand more money than what we told you before making your reservation. Any extras fees you may come across is if you damage anything, leave the vehicle a huge mess or anything else along those lines.

Do we have to tip the driver?

Tipping is completely up to you. If you would like to show appreciation to your driver for the service they performed, tipping is a great way to do so. The driver will be very thankful.

Can the reservation be canceled at any time?

We have a no cancellation policy. We will tell you this before finalizing your reservation so that you know and are sure you would still like to continue. You cannot change the date of your reservation as well. Depending on availability and how soon you call, you might be able to change the time of your run or the vehicle. For example, maybe you thought you were going to have 40 passengers but only 25 people can come, call us and see if we have our 30 Passenger Limo Bus available so that the price is lower for you.

What if we are a little over our time or would like to stay longer?

That's okay! You will not be charged a crazy high fee for being over. You will be charged your normal hourly rate but divided into 15 minute increments so that you won't pay for time you don't use. For example, if you are 30 minutes late to your drop off, you'll pay half of your normal hour rate to your driver in cash. If you would like to extend your time, please give us a call to make sure that it's okay. Then that money for staying longer will also be due in cash to your driver at the end of your night.
